What's the process like when working with you?

I start by getting to know you and your travel preferences in order to tailor recommendations to your taste, vacation style and budget. I collaborate with you to plan and book your trip, connecting with you via phone or email, depending on your preference. I will regularly check in throughout the process, and support you during (and after) your trip.
I want to know everything! The more I know, the more I can personalize recommendations. Share your preferences and travel vibe, along with examples of hotels or experiences you've enjoyed in the past (plus any experiences you disliked).
Be transparent about your budget and expectations up front. Money conversations might feel awkward, but this insight helps plan a trip that’s perfect for you.
Also share details about your travel companions, any accessibility needs, and if you’re traveling for a celebration or occasion. I will use this info to an that extra level of detail.

Of course. Whether it’s one executive or a small team traveling for a meeting, I coordinate the details so everything runs smoothly. I work with your internal point person to align schedules, preferences, and any company requirements—then handle flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
Work travel has enough pressure. I make sure the logistics aren’t part of it.
